Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an IMS Analyst to join the Integrated Management System team on the SZC project. You will develop and refine IMS documents, coordinate with process owners and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with nuclear-leaned standards in a highly regulated environment.

The role involves publishing procedures to the live IMS portal, managing the document pipeline and supporting continuous improvement across the project, with hybrid working in Suffolk or London.

Qualifications

• Experience in IMS or management systems documentation.
• Strong process modelling knowledge and design techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with MS Visio to map business processes.
• Experience in a highly regulated project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and refine IMS documents and procedures.
• Coordinate with management, process owners and stakeholders for reviews and approvals.
• Publish IMS documentation to live environment and IMS portal.
• Maintain and prioritise the procedure work pipeline.
• Support continuous improvement across the SZC project.
