Job summary

EDF SCZ's Sizewell C project is seeking an experienced Lead IMS Analyst to oversee governance and assurance activities across the integrated management system. You will coordinate with management and stakeholders to optimise processes, review documentation, and ensure compliance with licence conditions and international standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication/presentation skills.
• Degree level or demonstrated experience in a highly regulated industry/major project environment.
• Extensive experience in developing, implementing and maintaining management system documentation.
• Strong understanding of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Capable of mapping processes using Visio.

Responsibilities

• Provide Process Architecture services to IMS Governance and Assurance Manager to meet Licence Conditions and international standards.
• Ensure processes, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Develop and refine procedures for the SZC project.
• Create and present KPIs at governance forums.
• Promote IMS implementation to meet project milestones.
• Support publication of updated IMS procedures and flowcharts.
• Coordinate workload and prioritise tasks.
• Maintain data/records for easy project access.
