Job summary

Mace is seeking an IMS Analyst to support the Sizewell C (SZC) project, delivering and refining management system documents within a highly regulated environment. You will update, publish and maintain IMS documents, coordinate reviews, and ensure compliance with SZC procedures while working with stakeholders across health and safety, security, environment and quality.

You will bring experience in managing competing priorities, excellent organisation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience managing competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible integrated approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
Excellent organisational skills and methodical approach.
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with management and project stakeholders to coordinate process improvement activities and ensure timely reviews and approvals.
Ensuring process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
Developing and refining IMS documents for the SZC project.
Assessing effectiveness of process improvement initiatives and providing recommendations.
Coaching subject matter experts to ensure standards are met.
Publishing new and updated IMS documents and maintaining correct attributes and relationships.
