Sizewell C IMS Lead role by Morson Edge is a senior position within the project’s Integrated Management System team. Hybrid working options in Suffolk or London offer flexible delivery of complex processes and governance across a major nuclear programme.

You will develop, refine and govern IMS procedures, lead the analyst team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and high-quality documentation across the SZC organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IMS, management systems or process development.
• Experience developing and maintaining management system documentation.
• Strong process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Stakeholder management and communication across organisational levels.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Visio.
• Ability to work independently within a wider team.

Responsabilités

• Providing technical leadership within the IMS team and contributing to a high-performing environment.
• Leading and coordinating the development and refinement of IMS procedures across the SZC project.
• Supporting the creation of new procedures and review/update/retirement of existing ones.
• Coordinating IMS Analyst workloads with prioritised activities and timelines.
• Collaborating with management, process owners and stakeholders to coordinate improvement activities.
• Working with Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality to ensure timely reviews and approvals.
• Providing a Process Architecture service to the IMS Governance and Assurance Manager.
• Supporting IMS in meeting regulatory Licence Conditions and international standards.
• Ensuring process, safety, compliance and quality are reflected in IMS documentation.
• Developing and presenting KPIs and progress updates to governance forums.
