Job summary

Amentum is seeking an IMS Analyst to support the Sizewell C Integrated Management System. You will manage the IMS document lifecycle, ensure governance and quality, and coach stakeholders to embed best practices across a highly regulated project environment.

You'll collaborate across teams to publish and maintain procedures, harness Visio for process mapping, and drive improvements while safeguarding confidential information. Hybrid working and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry or major project environment.
• Extensive experience developing, implementing and maintaining management system documentation.
• Strong understanding of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Experience with Visio to create and map processes.
• Previous experience in a similar IMS/documentation role.

Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of a team contributing to team success, communication and a positive working environment.
• Collaborate with management and project stakeholders to coordinate process improvement activities and ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure IMS process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project.
• Assess effectiveness of ongoing process improvements and provide recommendations.
• Coach SMEs and project leaders on procedure development to ensure governance standards are met.
• Create detailed plan for procedure creation and updates with milestones and resources.
• Publish IMS documents with correct attributes, flowcharts and permissions.
• Manage a prioritised IMS work pipeline with clear progress updates.
