Amentum's IMS Analyst role focuses on supporting the Sizewell C Integrated Management System by developing, reviewing and publishing IMS documentation within a highly regulated setting. You will manage the document pipeline, work with stakeholders across the project, and apply process modelling standards to improve safety, compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Strong understanding of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Proficient in using Visio to map processes.
• Experience in regulated environments or major project settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and publish IMS documentation for the SZC project.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and track the document pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with process safety and quality standards.
• Coach subject matter experts and project leaders on procedure development.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage records.
• Utilise IT systems to prepare reports and performance metrics.
