Job summary

Amentum is seeking an IMS Analyst to support the Sizewell C Integrated Management System (IMS). You’ll ensure development, review, update, retirement, and publication of IMS documentation in a highly regulated environment, collaborating with stakeholders to manage the document pipeline and promote best practice.

The role requires strong organisational and coaching skills, experience with process modelling standards, and proficiency in Visio for process mapping.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Excellent understanding and application of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Capable with using Visio to create and map processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage credibly across levels.
• Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate relevant experience in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team contributing to project success and a positive environment.
• Coordinate process improvement activities with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with process, safety, and quality standards.
• Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project.
• Assess effectiveness of process improvements and propose refinements.
• Coach SMEs and project leaders to ensure standards are met.
• Develop detailed plans for procedure creation, updates, governance and resources.
• Publish IMS documents with correct attributes, flowcharts, and permissions.
• Maintain a prioritized procedure work pipeline with clear progress updates.
• Promote IMS implementation across the business to meet milestones.
• Maintain data/records for easy access to information.
• Maintain confidentiality of commercial/sensitive information.
• Use IT systems to prepare reports, statistics, and presentations for IMS.
