Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Lead Integrated Management System Analyst to provide technical expertise within the SZC IMS team. Based in a Suffolk or London office with hybrid working, you will develop and refine procedures for the SZC project and manage the document lifecycle in a regulated environment.

The role requires strong communication, prioritisation, and process modelling skills, with experience in BPMN and tools like Visio, PowerBI or iServer.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Degree level or relevant experience in a highly regulated industry / major project environment.
• Extensive experience in development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Strong understanding of process modelling standards and BPMN notation.
• Capable and experienced with using Visio to create and map processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS Analyst to manage and prioritise work within the SZC project.
• Develop and refine procedures; update or retire existing ones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across SZC project; lead IMS Analyst(s).
• Utilise Visio to map processes and ensure BPMN alignment.
• Support development of new procedures and manage the procedure work pipeline.
