Job summary

Radius Limited is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to manage and resolve bookings and queries within SLAs, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience. The role is based in Crewe with Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm hours, involving proactive workload management and clear communications with installers, colleagues and customers.

You will support installation bookings, liaise with 3rd party engineers, update CRM records, and resolve implementation queries while upholding Radius processes and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls/emails relating to installation of Telematics devices within SLAs.
• Manage service desk tickets raised by other areas within SLAs.
• Coordinate installation bookings with 3rd party engineering teams.
• Inform customers of implementation/installation dates.
• Address implementation queries from other departments.
• Refer Radius products to other divisions when appropriate.
• Update customer accounts on tickets and CRM to keep stakeholders informed.
• Follow departmental processes and procedures.
• Flag issues/risks to management when SLAs may be missed.
• Respond to emails from internal and external parties within SLAs.
