Job summary

Radius Consultancy Ltd in London (Docklands) is seeking a Service Delivery Administrator to support the Installations team with timely customer service and efficient administration. The role covers stock control, asset auditing, CRM data management, and coordinating job handovers and terminations, with a salary of £30k–£35k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English.
• Experience with business procedures including reporting and purchasing.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers and coordinate with departments to book and track deliveries.
• Coordinate delivery intakes to correct locations in the absence of Stock supervisor.
• Assist with work order handovers, recording and providing necessary comments in the CRM.
• Support Installations team with ad hoc administrative duties.
• Process Purchase orders, oversee approvals, monitor spend against the budget, and track Capex/Opex.
• Coordinate supplier meetings, create meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain stock for uniforms and PPE for Cabling teams, plan and order per forecast.
• Take minutes during meetings, summarising and tracking action points.
