Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for its Telematics team. You will deliver exceptional support via calls, chats, emails and tickets, resolving issues with a customer-focused approach.

You will demonstrate strong communication skills, know-how of Telematics products, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate CRM logging.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in Telematics or automotive.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear technical explanations.
• Experience using multiple contact channels (calls, webchats, emails, tickets).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve first-line technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across inbound calls, webchats, emails, and tickets.
• Listen empathetically and offer effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Troubleshoot 1st line technical issues and product-related inquiries.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Telematics hardware, software and technologies.
• Educate customers on Telematics features and benefits.
• Collaborate with technical support and implementations teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and transactions.
• Escalate critical issues and follow up for timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product updates.
• Identify process improvements for customer service procedures.
