Radius is seeking a Graduate Installation Coordinator to join our Crewe office. You will handle installation bookings and customer queries within SLAs, coordinating with installers and internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
You’ll manage tickets, keep CRM records up to date and communicate effectively with customers, engineers and colleagues to meet key metrics. This role is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role of a Graduate Installation Coordinator is really important to us. You will be responsible for handling and resolving installation bookings and queries within SLAs and with a focus on customer experience.
The successful graduate will be proactive, able to manage their workload efficiently and communicate effectively with installers, colleagues, and customers to deliver key business metrics and excellent customer support.
