Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing support to customers claiming Universal Credit and other relevant benefits.
• Offering quality advice on job search actions and matching to suitable vacancies.
• Building positive relationships and ensuring equal access to services.
• Developing knowledge of local employment opportunities and partner support.
• Managing caseload and meeting performance expectations.
