Job summary

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is recruiting a Work Coach to support customers face to face, online and by phone, helping them move into work and access the right benefits. You will work on site in the DWP estate, delivering tailored guidance, building trust and guiding customers through job search actions and available support.

You will engage with customers to understand needs, connect them with suitable vacancies, and collaborate with colleagues and employers to enable progression

Responsibilities

• Providing face-to-face, digital and telephone support to customers.
• Offering quality job search advice and matching customers to suitable vacancies.
• Ensuring compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and providing access to additional support.
