Job summary

Aspire People in the B14 area is seeking a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning and development, deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, and help promote positive behaviour and engagement throughout the day.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with children or in a school setting, a positive, patient and proactive approach, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable.
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

• Supporting pupils across the classroom environment
