Aspire People Limited is recruiting a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the B28 area on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start. You will support pupils, work with the class teacher, and deliver targeted interventions to promote learning.

The role offers ongoing CPD, dedicated consultant support, and the potential for a permanent position within local schools. This is a full-time opportunity with DBS requirements and a strong focus on safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting.
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils across the classroom environment.
• Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development.
• Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions where required.
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
• Assisting with classroom resources and daily routines.
