• Safeguard young adults at all times with staff team across all levels.
• Participate in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events within the home and wider community.
• Assist with practical tasks relating to care, e.g., cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships with the young adults, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
• Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping.
• Review and record changes to residents' needs regularly.
