Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times as part of the staff team.
• Participate in recreational events within the home and wider community.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping.
• Review and record any changes to residents' needs.
• Contribute to the development of the team.
