The role involves practical duties such as cooking and cleaning, recording accurate notes, and supporting activities in the home and community to help residents fulfil their potential.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times.
• Participate in recreational events in home and community.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships with young adults, maintaining dignity and respect.
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Maintain accurate and clear record-keeping.
• Review and record changes to residents' needs.
• Contribute to team development.
