• Safeguard young adults at all times as part of the staff team.
• Participate in recreational events within the home and wider community.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships, maintaining dignity and respect.
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Maintain accurate and clear records and monitor changes in needs.
• Contribute to team development and workforce development.
