The role involves practical care tasks, building respectful relationships, and monitoring physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs. You will maintain accurate records and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard our young adults at all times.
• Participate in a wide range of recreational events within the home and wider community.
• Assist with practical tasks relating to care such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships with the young adults, maintaining dignity and respect.
• Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Continually maintain accurate and clear record keeping.
• Ensure needs are met and regularly review and record changes.
• Actively contribute to the development of the team.
