Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times and support their wellbeing.
• Participate in recreational events in home and community.
• Assist with care tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships while upholding dignity and respect.
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs.
• Maintain accurate and clear records and review changes.
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement.
