Kisimul Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Breagha House in Hayton, Retford, to assist young adults with complex needs. The role runs on a rotating 08:00–21:00 pattern and emphasizes safeguarding, compassionate care, and active participation in activities both inside the home and in the community.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times with the staff team
• Participate in recreational events within the home and wider community
• Assist with practical tasks relating to care (cooking, cleaning)
• Create positive relationships, maintaining dignity and respect
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping
• Review and record any changes to the young adults’ needs and contribute to team development
