Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is beneficial.
• Commitment to safeguarding and dignity of young adults.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times and work with staff.
• Participate in recreational events within home and community.
• Assist with daily care tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships and maintain dignity and respect.
• Meet physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs.
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping.
• Review changes in needs and adapt supports accordingly.
• Contribute to the development of the care team.
