Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times alongside staff members.
• Participate in a wide range of recreational events within the home and wider community.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships with young adults, maintaining dignity and respect.
• Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping.
• Review and record any changes to the needs of the young adults.
• Contribute to the development of the team.
