Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a busy residential service in Leyland, Lancashire. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive quality, and develop the team to deliver outstanding person-centred support.

You’ll champion compliance with CQC standards, manage occupancy and budget, and work closely with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals to shape a thriving, stable service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Confidence managing performance and driving accountability.
• A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding care.

• Leading, motivating and developing an established team.
• Driving high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes.
• Managing performance, supervisions, appraisals and staff development.
• Maintaining compliance with CQC, regulatory and organisational standards.
• Completing audits, quality checks and action plans.
• Managing occupancy, budgets and service performance.
• Working closely with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Providing leadership to an existing management structure, including a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers.
