Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager to lead a busy service in Crewe. You will oversee leadership, quality, and performance across the supported living service and outreach provision, guiding a Deputy Manager and 40+ staff to deliver person-centred, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Strong operational leadership and a track record in delivering outstanding care.
• Experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent and readiness to progress to registered management.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex support needs.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, safeguarding and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a supported living service and outreach package.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of over 40 colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of person-centred support and outcomes.
• Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and service performance.
