Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager to lead seven Supported Living services for adults with complex needs in the Manchester area. This role focuses on person-centred care, governance and service development across dispersed teams.

You will oversee operational performance, drive quality assurance and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, while nurturing leadership capacity and strong relationships with authorities and families.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager or capable care manager stepping up.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of multiple Supported Living services.
• Provide hands-on leadership across dispersed teams.
• Drive high standards of care, quality and compliance.
• Ensure services meet CQC, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Complete audits and service improvement plans.
• Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Support and develop Scheme Leaders to create a strong leadership culture.
