Job summary
Voyage Care seeks a Registered Service Manager for a Leicestershire residential ABI service. You will lead a dynamic team, implement person-centred care plans and collaborate with authorities, healthcare professionals and families to deliver positive outcomes.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has CQC registered manager experience, Level 5 Health & Social Care, and a passion for empowering colleagues and service users.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with autism, acquired brain injury and complex mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day running of the service(s).
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
- Recruit and induct new colleagues; conduct supervisions and appraisals.
- Complete medication competencies and audits; attend multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Effectively manage the service P&L and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to policies, procedures and contractual requirements.
