Voyage Care in Rotherham seeks an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead one of our established residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. You will oversee day-to-day management, ensuring high standards of care, quality, compliance and staff performance.

You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals and local authorities, building a strong team and ensuring person-centred support.

• Lead and develop a team of support colleagues and senior staff.

• Complete audits, supervisions, appraisals and competency assessments.
• Oversee service budgets and operational performance.
