Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners. Role involves delivering Maths, English or Science tuition with trauma-informed practice to KS1–KS5, with QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS, and 2+ references.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed setting.
• Subjects: English, Maths, or Science.
• Qualifications: QTS or QTLS.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Support pupils and students, KS1–KS5, by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
