Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to help disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners with SEND/SEMH needs.

Role offers flexible, in-person, hybrid or online teaching with CPD support, 2 references, and safeguarding commitments. Candidates must have QTS/QTLS and Enhanced DBS. This role is self-employed with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed setting.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular progress feedback.
• Create a safe learning environment and follow safeguarding practices.
