Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners across the UK. You will deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid settings, supporting SEMH and SEND needs with a trauma-informed approach.

Applicants should have 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, enhanced DBS, and the right to work in the UK. Flexible hours and part-time to full-time opportunities are available, with CPD and mentoring support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is required.
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK, even for remote roles.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tutoring to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 as appropriate for your skills.
• Contribute to trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring as part of our mission.
