Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged, at-risk and vulnerable learners across the UK. Roles include Maths, English or Science tutoring with flexible, trauma-informed delivery in person, hybrid, or remote settings.

QTS/QTLS and Enhanced DBS are required or can be facilitated; 2+ years of experience preferred. Join a purpose-driven, impact-focused team offering competitive hourly pay (£28–£35) and a supportive mentor network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH, ideally with trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
• Enhanced DBS (can be facilitated) and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring.
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular progress feedback.
