Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd. is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to provide Maths, English, or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid formats. You will work with schools and local authorities to support disengaged and vulnerable learners using trauma-informed methods.

The role offers flexible hours and a self-employed arrangement, with competitive pay (£28–£35 per hour), CPD access, and a supportive SEND team. Candidates must have QTS/QTLS and Enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD in a holistic, trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths and/or Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support pupils from KS1–KS5 as appropriate, working with local authorities and schools.
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to raise educational standards.
