Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a children’s residential home. The role involves leading daily operations, directing a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, and acting as a corporate parent to children in the home.

You will ensure high-quality care delivery, safeguarding, and full regulatory compliance with Ofsted and England's care standards while developing the new service from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Safeguarding knowledge and best practices for children's services.
• In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.
• Experience planning and implementing care plans with thorough documentation.
