Zusammenfassung

Agincare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new not-for-profitChildren's Services Residential Home in York for children with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will oversee daily operations, drive high-quality care, and ensure regulatory compliance with Ofsted and related legislation.

You will guide teams, develop the service from the ground up, and act as a corporate parent to the children.

Qualifikationen

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in children's residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and relevant legislation in children's services.
• Experience in planning and implementing care plans and maintaining documentation to a high standard in line with Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities who may display complex behaviours.
• Experience leading Ofsted home inspections.
