Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to help young people in our homes. You’ll support school routines, homework and activities, while building a positive future for each young person.

No prior experience required, with paid training and opportunities for progression. Salary is competitive with 7 weeks holiday, meals provided, and benefits including a flexible benefits package and DBS support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is required or funded study.

Responsibilities

• Look after young people day to day, help with school readiness and homework.
• Complete paperwork and plan activities; evenings and weekends include fun and supervision.
• Develop lasting memories and guide each young person toward a positive future.
