Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• A can-do attitude with empathy and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support young people day to day, ensuring wellbeing and safety.
• Help with homework, school routines and preparing for transitions.
• Complete paperwork and plan engaging activities with the group.
