Witherslack Group is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker to be part of our homes caring for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. You’ll help with daily routines, school prep, homework, and planning activities to create lasting memories and positive futures.

We offer a 4-week Care Academy induction, 7 weeks holiday, meals on site and a strong benefits package. A UK driving licence and Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) are valued, with

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Willingness to complete DBS check and safeguarding training.
• Interest in supporting young people with SEMH needs.

Responsabilités

• Help young people with daily routines, getting ready for school and homework.
• Plan activities and create positive, lasting memories for each child.
• Support evenings and weekends with engaging, safe activities.
