Witherslack Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker. You’ll support young people with SEMH, help with daily routines, school preparation, and activities, and contribute to a caring home environment.

No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential. You’ll join a values-driven team, with induction training, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for progression within the UK’s leading specialist education and care provider.

Qualificações

• You don’t need experience, but there are a few things we’ll be looking for from you: a can-do attitude, teamwork, honesty and empathy, resilience to challenging situations, and a full UK driving licence.

• Take care of our young people day to day, ensuring routines run smoothly and memories are created.
• Help with homework and complete paperwork and planning of activities.
