Witherslack Group Ltd is hiring a Residential Support Worker in the UK. You will support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping with school, homework, activities and daily routines.

You’ll be part of a caring team, contributing to positive outcomes and lasting memories in a safe home environment. The role includes up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 each, Attendance Allowance, a 4-week Care Academy induction, 7 weeks’ holiday and a strong path for progression

Qualifications

• A 'can do' attitude and team player mindset
• Empathy and resilience when supporting young people
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
• Commitment to safeguarding and caring for children and young people

Responsibilities

• Support with daily living activities and routines (getting ready for school, homework, planning activities)
• Engage in evenings and weekends activities and supervision
• Complete paperwork and contribute to planning and safeguarding
• Provide high-quality care to enable positive outcomes for young people
