Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker in the UK. You’ll care for young people with SEND, assist with daily routines, school prep, homework and activities, and help create a supportive, positive environment.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and team player who helps others.
• Honesty and empathy are essential in daily care.
• Resilience to deal with challenging situations.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) supported by employer.

Responsibilities

• Help young people get ready for school and support homework.
• Complete paperwork and plan daily activities.
• Evenings and weekends include fun activities and outings.
• Create lasting memories and guide positive development.
