Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking Residential Support Workers to help young people in our homes. You will assist with daily routines, school preparation, homework, and planning activities to create lasting memories. Role includes evenings/weekends with fun activities and a strong emphasis on safeguarding and wellbeing.

No prior experience is required, as a 4-week Care Academy induction is provided. A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is desired.

Responsibilities

• Care for young people day to day, helping with school, homework and activities.
• Ensure evenings and weekends include engaging activities and memories.
• Complete paperwork and plan activities to support each young person.
