Witherslack Group is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join their care team. You will help young people with daily routines, schoolwork and activities, while building trust and supporting their emotional and social development.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence required (held for at least 12 months)
• No prior experience required; readiness to train and develop in role
• Enhanced DBS check will be completed/covered by the employer

• Plan and support activities, paperwork, and daily living arrangements
