Qualifications

• Prior experience in month end accounting.
• Ability to communicate with vendors regarding payment queries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily account reconciliations for bank and cards and resolve discrepancies.
• Regularly reconcile AP and AR ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare month end accounts close including processing month end journals.
• Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
