This is a fantastic opportunity to join Clear Future Financial Planners, a well-established, fully independent financial planning firm. We work mainly with local families, and we genuinely care about our clients, our people, and the wider community. The role

As Client Services Executive/Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide a high-quality, compliant administrative service to financial planners and clients, ensuring that reviews, new business, and ongoing servicing are delivered accurately and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being a key part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities
Business Processing
  • Process new business accurately and compliantly.
  • Check documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtain illustrations and application forms and produce valuations.
  • Liaise with product providers and chase progress.
  • Process fund switches and rebalances within agreed timescales.
Client Servicing
  • Act as a professional and friendly first point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records across back-office systems and platforms.
  • Prepare client documentation pre- and post-meetings.
  • Diary and action follow-ups from client meetings.
  • Organise and coordinate client meetings.
Reviews
  • Manage the client review process end-to-end.
  • Prepare pre-review meeting packs.
  • Support Financial Planners during reviews.
  • Assist with implementation of agreed actions.
General Administration
  • Maintain back-office systems.
  • Open, scan and distribute post.
  • General correspondence and office administration.
  • Coordinate commission, income statements and invoices.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in IFA financial services administration or client services.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and solutions.
  • Confidence using back-office systems and platforms.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach.
