Qualifications

• Practical understanding of operational plant and control systems is essential.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes is desirable.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Install, modify, and commission new plant equipment.
• Provide specialist technical advice as necessary.

Skills

Operational plant and control systems understanding

Experience with relay logic and PLCs

Ability to read and fault-find from circuit diagrams

Experience with inverter drives

Calibration and maintenance of instrumentation

Education

HNC level or City and Guilds Part 2 or NVQ level 3 or equivalent
