Qualifications

• Previous tyre tech experience in high-level motorsport (WEC, ELMS, GT, F1, FE or similar).
• Ability to deliver exceptional consistency under time pressure.
• Understanding of tyre behaviour, degradation and performance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Managing allocation, rotation, storage and preparation of all tyres.
• Setting, adjusting and validating pressures and temperatures accurately.
• Conducting tyre checks pre- and post-run, logging condition and wear.
