• Strong operational and process mapping experience, ideally with Warehouse & Office operations.
• Office experience essential, with exposure to operational environments.
• Excellent people skills; able to build rapport with teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to map current processes.
• Analyse 'As Is' processes and define 'To Be' states.
• Support the implementation of transformation projects.
• Produce documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Coach teams on new processes.
